We are looking for a competent Senior Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships in the UK.
You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales or similar role where customer facing is primary. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline of UK prospects
Being proactive to ensure a healthy pipeline with the help from a team of SDR's, marketing campaign's and outbound activity
Present the Tame solution to prospective clients through online demo's
Run full sales cycle, negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data in Salesforce
Develop strong and long-term client relationships
Working closely with the sales team at Tame whilst being open to unforeseen tasks as part of starting up an office
Proven experience in a similar sales / customer facing roles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating methods
Solid experience working with data, tasks and CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
Excellent communication, problem-solving and team management skills
Native written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a plus
