Description

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to take our Product Design Experience to the next level. Experience here is key and for us there's a big difference between creating great design and creating a fantastic product experience. You'll be working closely with our CXO, to build the most beautiful Event Platform in the world. Design, Aesthetics, Minimalism, Simplicity and a great feel for UI/UX is something we live and breathe for. You need to do the same.

As a Product Experience Designer you'll work with 4 different products within our Event Management Suite:

• Event Planning SaaS (Core Event Planning features, Event CRM, Programme Builder, Emailing, Collaboration)

• Event Website & Registration (a complete white-label website builder with various registration flows - ticketing & RSVP)

• Virtual Event Platform (a complete web-based virtual platform with video capabilities)

• Check-in App (a complete check-in app we sell to customers for on the day support)

All four products have different use cases during different times of the event planning cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall Product Experience across all our products

• Responsible for creating a Design system and uniform UI across all our products

• Responsible for maintaining a consistent Visual Expression

• Responsible for being on top of competitors and relevant technology within virtual, hybrid & in-person events

• Responsible for innovating UX & UI in close collaboration with our Customer success and Product Team

• Responsible for understanding Customer needs and shape our Product Experiences to exceed those needs

• Responsible for understanding existing insights, constraints and business needs to continuously improve our Product Experience

Requirements

• You have an incredibly strong sense for aesthetics and minimalism

• You have a relevant Design education and a proven track record working with Design another SaaS company, agency or design studio.

• You have experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.

• You have a strong ability to think holistically about a product, putting yourself in the Customers shoes

• You are incredibly structured and have strong communication skills.

• You are very detailed oriented and diligent in your daily work.

• You work independently and meet deadlines

• You are a skilled presenter who can deliver relevant and well-presented information to clients and teams

• You are a super user in Sketch/Figma/XD and if you know your timeline in After Effects it will be a big plus.

• You are fluent in English in writing and speech

BONUS:

• You are skilled in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

• You have a portfolio that showcases your visual and interaction design abilities.
