We believe that the future is electric. Our vision is that everyone should have access to sustainable mobility, and be able to have and drive an electrified vehicle. Today, many consumers lack the knowledge to make an informed buying decision, and are intimated by the process of getting a car. Our job is to fix that!

The company was founded in 2020, and is backed by strong VC investors who share our vision of the future. We are now in an exciting launch phase, and are therefore looking to hire a CRM/Marketing Analyst.

The role

Our philosophy is to start with the consumer, not technology. However, to ensure that we create seamless and smooth customer journeys, we also strive to automate and use the latest tools. Within the area of CRM, we are now looking for a person who can help us:

• Create work flows and customer journeys, and build/implement them in our CRM system

• Set-up measuring points/KPIs for continuous tracking and improvements

• Write email templates (in Swedish) and other communication

• Help to evaluate and implement new tools and ways of working

• Support in customer case administration

• Help out with other marketing related tasks

Initially, we expect you to work 5-10 hours per week, with an hourly salary, but we hope that you'll eventually will join the team in a full-time role. The role is flexible when it comes to when and where to work, making it perfect for a student in the later stages of her/his studies. Needless to say, we actively strive to build a diverse team.

Your profile

• Hands-on working experience of working with CRM-tools

• Solution-oriented, with attention to detail

• Good communication skills, including written Swedish

• Passionate about creating wow-moments for consumers
