The role & key responsibilities
2021.ai is looking to hire an ambitious Partner Manager. The Partner Manager can be fully or partly based in our office in Copenhagen or working from another location in Europe. The new Partner Manager will report to the COO and be a part of the Sales Team.
The Partner Manager will recruit, qualify and grow the Partner pipeline across selected industries. You will establish, build and follow up on Partners sales plans and ensure marketing activities together with Partners, winning new clients and partners every month.
Internally in 2021.ai the Partner manager is the connection between Partners and 2021.ai -Marketing, -AI advisors and -Delivery.
The Partner Manager is a high-impact role in the growth of 2021.ai. The ideal candidate will ensure that tactical and operational best practices are used to build successful strategic local and global partner relations at management levels.
To be successful our Partner Manager will have demonstrated a strong ability to build, maintain and develop partnerships and drive Partner pipeline activities, Partner account development, and delivering Partner revenue according to ambitious goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a relevant commercial education and 3+ years of experience within Partner management with a documented success in establishing and growing global Partner relationships, ideally from a similar position in a successful tech scale-up. Scale-up and entrepreneurial attitudes are a must to be successful in this position with a deep understanding of the drivers in the Partner channel.
But most important: A proactive approach, self-driven and a clear feeling of responsibility goals, topped with exceptional presentation, communication, and relation building skills
