About the position

In this position you will be working mostly with a variety of interesting and versatile client projects and solutions. An example of a project you could be working with is developing machine vision solutions based on neural networks and machine learning for the manufacturing industry or developing solutions for laser radars (lidars) that are widely used in self-driving cars.

You will belong to a small and highly skilled team and together you will aim to provide the best solutions possible whilst making a difference. You will get to truly develop your skills and learn more about the newest technologies regarding AI/ML whilst taking part in projects that make a difference.  

You can work remotely from anywhere in Finland or you can work from Vire Labs’ offices in Pori and Helsinki.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about software development, AI/ML and doing something for a greater cause. In order for you to thrive in this role you have knowledge of one or more programming languages and basic understanding of Linux. First and foremost you are always aiming to learn more and develop your skill set. You enjoy working with a team but at the same time have an independent and result-oriented way of working.
