Fresh.Land allows consumers to buy directly from farmers, bypassing up to 5 middlemen. We developed a pioneering digital platform that shortens and digitizes the food supply chain. Our aim is to make Fresh.Land an integral part of our daily lives — allow consumers to make climate-smart choices and order fresh, natural produce directly from trees and fields.

The position

In your role as Talent Acquisitions manager, you will play an essential role in Fresh.Lands journey from startup to scaleup. Through unconventional means, “out-of-the-box” thinking and employer branding, you will attract, recruit and onboard the brightest minds for our stellar team, which will lead our international expansion and take our rocket ship to the next level of growth.


Your Responsibilities 

  • Identify skill gaps and needs together with Management

  • Lead implementation of internal HR systems 

  • Draft guidelines and implement procedures for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent

  • Oversee all stages of the candidate and employee journey (recruit, interview, hire, onboard and train team members)

  • Implement performance evaluations and feedback

  • Manage team learning and skill development programs

  • Lead and implement policies and processes

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and standards

  • Be the driver of our employer branding activities.

About you

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in scaling fast and building a strong employer brand. Be prepared to hire new team members weekly and design processes that can easily scale. You feel stimulated working with smart people, you have a positive can-do attitude and you want to create an impact in the world. You are independent, self-motivated and driven, with excellent time management and organisational skills. You are a positive and energetic person who has the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.


The Requirements

  • You have a proven track record in scaling a team fast and building a strong employer brand

  • You have solid experience in talent acquisition and have strategies to attract top talent

  • You have hands-on experience implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems

  • Past experience scaling a startup team from 40 to 3-4x in less than a year

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related regulations and contracts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships 

  • BSc/MSc in relevant fields.

  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

  • Fluent in English and Danish
