You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. Not only are we looking for a stellar seller, but a passionate person who is able to convey the importance of equal opportunities in the workplace, positioning Equality Check as the go to D&I tool for companies.
Equality Check Premium is a diagnostic tool helping companies succeed with diversity and inclusion. We have been piloting the diagnostic tool with 12 of Norway's leading companies in their respective industries for 3 years, seeking to find best-practice D&I solutions. Your job will be expanding our customer base, both in Norway and abroad. We are currently based in Oslo, but you will be instrumental in our international expansion as we scale to Sweden and the UK this year. You will be joining a team of 9, and work closely with our marketing and sales team.
Full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to digital product demos, closing and onboarding
Setting goals in alignment with the sales strategy, and monitoring sales activity
Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets
Work closely with the team to develop and streamline sales processes
Contribute with sales and marketing campaigns towards new and existing customers
Following up and providing support to existing customers
Self-driven and proactive individual who gets things done
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
You are comfortable with uncertainty in a thriving startup
You want to work in a small team, where both influence and responsibility is given
You are positive, solutions-oriented and see opportunities
As our Sales Representative, you will be a crucial part of our growth team, collaborating particularly close with the COO. We firmly believe in autonomy, and your work schedule will be flexible to accommodate your life.
3+ years of experience as a sales representative, meeting or exceeding targets
Experience with CRM or other comparable sales force automation tools
Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to closure
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of various digital sales and marketing channels
Fluent in English (written and verbal), Norwegian is a plus
Preferably experience with technology related B2B sales
Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
