Responsibilities and goals you’ll own 💯

• respond to and resolve customer queries through chat, email, and phone quickly and effectively.

• become an expert on Klarvinduer product (windows & doors industry does not scare you)

Must-haves in order to match for the team 👌 

• at least 1-year experience in a customer service (or sales) position 

• higher education

• ability to solve problems & demonstrate effective time management skills

• fluent in Danish and English as a company language is not a problem

• tech savviness

• internal flame to develop yourself, skillset and build the customer support for the next level
