Dibz is growing fast and we are ready to onboard our first employee of the marketing team. As a Content Marketing Intern, you will interact with the founding team and management to translate our brandbook into solid content for social media, website and more. In addition, you’ll take the lead of ensuring dibz presence in social media, other digital spaces and events. You will be planning content as well as campaigns and offers.

In collaboration with our sales and branding leads, you will produce output as well as help us understand the marketing impact by systematic measuring.

As the first hire in marketing department, we need a hands-on and curious profile who does not fear a challenge. Ideally, the internship should transition into a full-time and competitively paid offer this fall after our product launch. As the first employee of the marketing team, there is potential to transition into CMO after product launch. You will work closely with the founding team at a start-up hub in central Stockholm and be a part of the SSE business lab community (Stockholm school of economics incubator, SSEBL, https://www.hhs.se/en/outreach/sse-initiatives/sse-business-lab).

The role is based either in dibz Stockholm office or remote. Native/fluent Swedish abilities required.  

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant degree is a plus but not a requirement

  • Experience in creating content (ideally software related)

  • Experience and understanding of B2C marketing

  • Good digital marketing skills (social media, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok) and ability to learn new tools

  • Experience in growing own social media channels

  • Excellent abilities in Swedish (for content production)

  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner and a curious mindset

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating content for social media, emails and website

  • Interacting with customers through social media

  • Ideating and planning campaigns and offers to attract our target audience
