DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a growth hacker to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a growth hacker, you will be the key member of the growth & marketing team, which will grow in the upcoming months and years around you - that is also a great opportunity for you. The role is diverse and you will be handling a lot of different marketing and growth-related tasks - you should be comfortable covering more than just the acquisition part of the funnel and be ready to use multiple channels every day. Being a motivated self-starter is crucial for this role - you will have a lot of responsibility, but it also means that your tasks can be slightly tweaked towards your strengths and abilities. We hope that you have previous growth hacking or similar experience - especially any experience from any B2B or SaaS environments is very valued.

We are young, ambitious and fun (or at least we like to think so). Currently, the Rundit team consists of 11 people. Our office is located in Punavuori, about 10 minutes walk from Kamppi. We don’t always work from 9 to 5, because there are no average days. We work remotely, from time to time, and we’re generally very flexible when it comes to remote work and working hours.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a growth-hacking or similar role. Experience from a B2B or SaaS environment is considered an advantage.

• You are experienced in digital marketing and you are an analytical enthusiast - not afraid of dealing with data and using it to your advantage. 

• You are organized, structured, and data-driven. 

• You have experience with setting KPIs and OKRs. 

• You are comfortable with being a lone member of the growth & marketing team (at least for now, but this may change soon) with all its benefits and downsides. 

• Fluency in English as it is our working language. No Finnish required.
