How will you spend your time at Penneo?
In the Customer Support team it all boils down to keeping our clients happy and satisfied with the solutions we offer. Being service-minded and having a proactive approach to solving problems on the go is key to succeeding in this role.
Our solution caters primarily to companies in the audit and accounting industry and we'll teach you to understand their needs and challenges while turning you into a true champion of SaaS support!
More specifically this translates into the tasks below:
Helping clients and end-users with Penneo through email tickets
Creating help center articles
Onboarding new clients both online and on location
Maintaining a good relationship with clients and keeping them happy
We plan to add phone support to our list of services in the months to come and you should be open to offer your help in this regard too.
What makes you a great match for this role?
Interaction with people gives you energy and you enjoy being the person to help someone else overcome their obstacles
You have a technical mindset and are not afraid to investigate issues that you haven’t seen before
You are curious about how technical products work, enjoy solving complex problems and love taking on new challenges
You are fluent in Danish/Norwegian as well as in English. If you are fluent in German, French, Dutch or Finnish it's a huge plus!
