Get onboard the European flagship AI company. Silo AI is growing fast and as a Content Marketing Lead, you will be in the key team promoting our brand and offering in our international markets.

As part of the Growth Team, you’ll voice out Silo AI’s messages in our own social channels, on our website and in other marketing collateral. You’ll write blog articles, produce webinars and podcasts and make sure our prospects and clients find relevant content through Silo AI’s social channels, website and newsletters.

In addition, you’ll take the lead of ensuring Silo AI’s presence at the leading European AI and technology R&D events. In strong collaboration with our sales team, spread between the Nordics and Central Europe, you’ll organize and coordinate industry events, making sure our sales team gets a solid amount of potential leads into their hands. You’ll help us understand which events we should participate in as well as help us understand the event impact by systematic measuring.

In a fast-paced growth company, you’ll be one of the first marketing hires in our international markets  – however, you’ll work closely with the rest of the Growth team, based in Finland, as well as country leads in our core markets.

The role is based either in Silo AI’s Stockholm office or in another international location, and will require some travel to other Silo AI sites in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Central Europe (once the pandemic situation allows).

Main responsibilities:

• Creating content for blog articles and webinars, as well as producing our digital content such as videos, webinars and podcasts together with different stakeholders like internal AI Experts, customers or advertising agency.

• Ensuring Silo AI’s successful presence at key events focusing on our core segments, including Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Central Europe

• Voice Silo AI’s messaging through our social channels: from nailing it with the copy to creating brand visuals

• Ideating and planning ways to build Silo AI’s thought leaderships through events and content across our core markets and segments

• Heading up wider Marketing initiatives, as per your skills and interests

These skills and experience will help you succeed:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Social sciences

• Experience in creating technology related content (social media posts, blog, webinars) and events

• Experience and understanding of B2B marketing

• Good digital marketing skills (social media, e.g. LinkedIn) and ability to learn new tools

• Excellent project management and organization skills

• Excellent conduct of English (for writing stellar copy and content, also our company language)

• Understanding and ability for SEO

• Ability to react quickly and efficiently to dynamic growth environment requests

• Ability to work in a self-directed manner

• Can-do attitude with a learning mindset

This is a plus

• Experience in working in a flat organization

• Knowledge of WordPress

• Knowledge of Google Analytics
