We are looking for a talented and highly ambitious student assistant to work closely with our team of Country Managers to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our sales of sports and outdoor gear.

What can you expect from the job?
As a Student Assistant in E-commerce, you will work closely with our international team of country managers. You will support the team with a vast variety of operational projects and daily tasks. These tasks include constant improvements to product listings as well as proactive listing fixes, customer communication, content upload & updates and pricing updates. Additionally, you will be supporting our Country Managers by translating product texts and help create related content.
What do we expect from you?
It is very important that you have an independent, structured work attitude, are customer-oriented, and you know how to work in a result-oriented way. You should enjoy writing and know how to communicate professionally with our customers. Furthermore, you should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Ideally, you are in your last year of undergraduate studies or the first year of your Masters
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High attention to detail & strong organizational skills
Independent & structured way of working
Ambition and interest in learning more about online channels like Amazon
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Native skills in French, Dutch or Swedish
Weekly working hours: Part-time (15 hours)
Location: Holmen, in central Copenhagen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office)
