HR Assistant (Part-time)

We are looking for a highly ambitious and diligent student to join our People team as an HR Coordinator. You will help us enable Airtame's success by hiring great people, helping them grow, rewarding them, and building healthy and productive workplaces.

Responsibilities

Apply curiosity and proactively seek to learn about Airtame, the People function, and the People team's role at Airtame.
Assist with the entire life cycle recruitment for the whole organization and make sure we attract and hire the best talent.
Be actively involved in Airtame's onboarding process, providing the best employee experience to our new team members.
Work closely with the People team to support daily business functions.
Recommend and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies for the People team.
Help administrate HR systems and tools.
Maintain and update HR communications, resources, and materials in support of local initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration with an HR focus or a related field.
Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport and collaborate across the organization efficiently.
Interest in working in a global market, both attracting talents and from a partner management perspective.
Ability to proactively highlight the areas of development and share recommendations for improvements.
Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills and flexibility.
Great teammate attitude and eagerness to have fun at work.
