In our house of three global cosmetic brands, Neighbors, we’re seeking a Dermatologist specialized in hair growth. 

We’re searching for a dermatologist who will help us take our radical men’s grooming brand, Copenhagen Grooming, to the next level. We’ve come a long way in developing great products but we want to further deepen our expertise in the field of hair growth. That’s why we need you to bring your expertise and know-how to help us develop the best products on the market, help guide our customers and be the expert behind each choice - optimal skin-routine, chemical formulation, method of application - we make. What you’ll do

Product development

• Help develop our product line in a prioritized manner, e.g. which products are most relevant to our target audience?

• Help ensure the quality and representation of our future products and assist us in our collaboration with vendors when developing formulations and choosing ingredients

Online communication and trust-building

• Help us sharpen our communication to educate and inform our current and future customers about ingredients, formulations and explain our products are great for hair and skin

• Optimize our communication about our products on our websites and social media

• Appear as a Dermatologist of the brands in videos and other content on social media (optional)

Internal knowledge building

• Help and assist our internal teams on product knowledge and general knowledge about hair growth

• Provide our Customer Relations team with in-depth knowledge about our products and their ingredients and formulations. We want to raise the quality of our product knowledge and help strengthen our front-line team

• Help and assist  our Customer Relations team on customer feedback and special issues from customers

  
  

Who are you?

Your colleagues would describe you as a person with strong attention to detail. With your current or previous experience as a dermatologist, you’re often described as an expert with in-depth knowledge of various dermatological methods and especially knowledgeable about hair growth. You have a degree in Medical Science or are on your way to achieve one. And with your active communication skills, you have the ability to effectively explain medical terms to us and our consumers.

Who are we?

Let’s introduce you to Neighbors. First up is the radical boy in men’s grooming, Copenhagen Grooming. CG produces beard-growing and -grooming products for men around the world with different skin types and individual beard journeys. Soon we’ll also be able to add hair growing products to the list, and that’s where we’re hoping you can help with your expertise! 

Next up is our sustainable skincare brand for mommy and baby, SoKind. We focus on making pregnancy and baby’s first meeting with the world as pure as possible. SoKind produces natural, eco-friendly products that soothe the skin for both mom and baby. 

Last but not least, you’ll find Kream. A cosmetic and skincare brand for boys and men. This is a Neighbor that hasn’t yet moved in, but we’re planning the big move in the months to come. 

The role

You’ll enter a freelance/advisory role where you’ll join us in product development discussions, knowledge-sharing, and learning labs. Your hours can vary from 5 to 15 hours per week.
