Valuer is looking for passionate, energetic, and highly ambitious Business Development Representatives to join our sales team.
As Business Development Representative you are expected to take responsibility and work independently on finding, qualifying, and taking on new business opportunities in one of the markets Valuer is currently expanding to. Right from the start, you’re expected to manage and take ownership of your own leads. We then offer you the opportunity to develop your expertise through our training & mentoring program so you can eventually handle the full sales process by yourself.
Your role:
Research and identify prospects to contact via cold calls and email outreach
Build relationships with new clients across a variety of sectors
Identify new opportunities within your market for our Corporate Account Executives
Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM system
Reach and exceed your targets (e.g. number of calls, booked meetings)
Develop the skills needed to start working with more tailored targets
Ideal fit:
You have a relevant educational background
Proven track record in sales and/or business development
Experience in cold calling and CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus
Highly driven, never settles, and has the ability to overcome rejections
Positive and energetic attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Passion to learn and grow
Structured worker
0 to 3 years of sales experience
Excellent level of English and 2nd language other than Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish
