ABOUT YOU
You are an all-rounder marketing wizard who likes to do it all - writing, designing, editing, planning, monitoring, executing and managing. You know and can juggle between digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and growth marketing.
You are a curious person who always likes to stay up-to-date with the most recent trends and loves to implement them in your work, turning creative ideas in effective and fresh marketing projects.
You are always monitoring all social media platforms, looking for trending news, ideas and just random cool stuff!
You are a visual person, who knows how to express their thoughts and ideas effortlessly with other members of the team.

YOUR ROLE
You're comfortable wearing multiple hats at the same time: you will get to play around with content creation, content curation, advertisements, social media, user acquisition campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and whatever creative idea you want to experiment. The world is your oyster!
Your main role will be owning and driving integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. For example, you will create and plan the marketing activities and the content required, research and evaluate competitors, identify the relevant platforms and the target audience, actively collaborate with our Design Lab in the content execution, monitor and track engagement and act upon the results of the analytics.
Thanks to your knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, you will help us to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
At P3, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects featuring diverse business areas such as banking, insurance, e-commerce and more. You will work with our global offices across Europe and Asia. In addition, you will help us maintain the company website and apply the most current brand and messaging to our marketing material.
Finally, you will be closely collaborating with our Design Lab to create engaging, fun and innovative content for our clients and our company.
EDUCATION
You have a Bsc/Msc degree in relevant fields such as marketing and/or communications.
Design background (Graphic Design, UX design, New Media,…) is a big plus.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You can comfortably present your ideas internally and externally and are capable of working independently, as well as a part of a team.
You love compelling storytelling and have strong skills in copywriting.
YOUR SKILLS
You have strong knowledge and skills in digital marketing, social media marketing and content marketing.
You have hands-on experience and knowledge of online analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing Tools, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends.
You have proved hands-on experience with content creation, and you can use content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Canva, which you can use to create marketing- related assets (brochures, case studies, whitepapers, decks, etc.) as well as execute graphics for social media (still, gifs, small videos, etc.)
You have experience with social media strategies and targeting. As a user of social media platforms yourself, you have a strong understanding of the nature of such platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok) and their user base.
You have strong planning skills and are able to develop rigorous and smart content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands.
You know how to monitor Social Media channels to keep track of traffic, engagement, growth and conversion rate. You have experience with social media analytics such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and you can use these tools to measure and report the performance of campaigns as well as to ideate on future ideas and iterations.
You have proven experience in identifying target audiences and can create and implement strategies for user acquisition.
Photography skills, including taking photos and editing with Lightroom, as well as video skills, including filming and editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus.
Experience with marketing software and applications (e.g. CRM tools such as Hubspot) and e-mail marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp and Moosend) is a plus
