Job description

The candidate can operate on a strategic and operational level. Proven ability to execute and control B2B/B2G sales processes. Able to shift between high-level and low-level task in order to fit working in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will be working closely with our sales team and CEO, and will have plenty of freedom and responsibility help build up the sales organization:

• Develop comprehensive strategical plans to expand and growth in different regions.

• Analyze market dynamics, market maturity and competitor landscape

• Develop and execute new methods plan to achieve sales targets

• Expand our customer base to new markets and industries

• Identify important and strategic projects and opportunities

• Track customer metrics to measure and ensure performance and progress

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

• Join a steering group to help fine-tune the go-to-market narrative

• Adjust pricing strategy to fit our market position  

About you

A curious mindset, eagerness to learn and be challenged, and enthusiasm about joining a start-up where freedom and responsibility are valued over formal procedures is a must. We also expect you to have:

• A strong commercial sense, preferably you have international scaling experience

• Comprehensive sales and strategy experience

• Worked in a scaleup environment or similar, but not a requirement

• You can comprehend high-level strategic thinking, but have the ability to execute and learn fast from ideas

• You value scale-up culture, where things move fast and not everything is defined, but up for grab!

• Have a proven sales record within the B2B/B2G field

• Understand the value of software products and have basic technical knowledge

• You have a fail fast/test approach and are willing to make mistakes as part of a learning process

• Fluent in English skills and can communicate technical information, both spoken and written

• Experience in finance is a plus but not a requirement

• Experience in the waste management industry is a plus but not a requirement
