Barma søger en kvalificeret praktikant til vores systemadministrationsteam, som huserer i Brabrand, Aarhus. Praktikperioden tilpasses efter dit og Barmas behov, og så det passer med dit skoleforløb. 

Som praktikant i Barmas systemadministrationsteam vil du være med til at administrere vores læringsplatform. I løbet af din praktikperiode vil du arbejde tæt med øvrige medarbejdere for at tilføje nye kunder til platformen og løbende tildele specifikke kurser til kunderne efter deres behov. Du vil også være ansvarlig for at uploade nye videokurser til platformen i samarbejde med produktudviklingsteamet. Det er derfor nødvendigt, at du har generel kendskab til IT-systemer og er i stand til at forstå kundernes behov.

Du bør forberede dig på at arbejde i en voksende virksomhed med et travlt og motiverende arbejdsmiljø, hvor du vil afslutte din praktikperiode med en bred erfaring inden for systemadministration.


Hvad kan du forvente af din praktikperiode?

I løbet af din praktik vil dine primære opgaver omhandle systemadministration. Nedenfor er en liste af arbejdsområder, som du potentielt vil kunne arbejde med i din praktikperiode. I en forventningsafstemmende samtale med Barma vil dine konkrete arbejdsområder og -opgaver blive aftalt, så både dine og Barmas behov indfries. 

  • Tilføj nye kunder til platformen.

  • Tildel specifikke kurser to kunderne.

  • Upload nye kurser til platformen.

  • Kommuniker med kunder for at forstå deres behov.

  • Kommuniker med platformsleverandøren for relevant support.

  • Udarbejd platformsrapporter til intern og ekstern brug.

  • Evner multitasking og er i stand til at tage initiativ.

  • Er lærenem og er i stand til at tage selvstændige beslutninger.

Barma er en lille men voksende, innovativ virksomhed. Vores forretningsmodel er at skabe et revolutionært, digitalt læringskoncept leveret på en digital læringsplatform.

Virksomheden arbejder for at udvikle og distribuere e-læringsmateriale til restaurationsbranchen. Vi hjælper branchen med at uddanne personale gennem e-læring af branchespecifikke kurser. Barma is looking for a qualified intern to join our system administration team, which is located at the company's headquarter in Aarhus. The internship period is adapted to the company and your needs and will be started on an ongoing basis. As an intern in Barma’s system administration team, you will take part in administration of our learning platform. During your internship, you will be required to work with other team members to add new customers to the platform and continuously assign specific courses to the customers in accordance to their needs. You will also be responsible for uploading new video courses to the platform in collaboration with the product development team. In this context, it is a necessity that you have general knowledge about IT-systems and are able to understand the customers’ needs.

You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of system administration.


What to Expect from Your Internship?

In your internship, your work assignments will primarily relate to system administration. The list below contains some of the work areas you will potentially work on in your internship. The detailed specification of work tasks is designed in a dialogue between you and Barma so that both your and our interests are met. 

  • Add new customers to the platform.

  • Assign specific courses to the customers.

  • Upload new courses to the platform.

  • Communication with customers for understanding their needs.

  • Communication with the platform supplier for relevant support.

  • Make platform reports for internal and external use.

We are looking for an intern who possesses most of the following qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative.

  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

  • You love working performance-based and strive to achieve your goals.

  • General knowledge of IT-systems.
