We are looking for a legal student to join our team in Copenhagen, who will mainly focus on supporting Cerebriu with legal work including data processing agreements, collaboration agreements, and service agreements.
You will work around 15 hours per week (flexible around exams), working closely with the business development team and our CEO.
We are a 2½ year old deeptech startup in the digital health space with global ambition to improve health and well-being.
We automate MRI diagnostic imaging examinations focusing on improving clinical workflow, faster scans producing right data, triage acute patients to focus on the right patients, and improve accuracy and confidence to make the right decision.
At Cerebriu we give you the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI solutions transforming radiology. You’ll be working with a diverse multi-discipline team of approx. 30 people of which about half are full-time, ranging from machine learning experts, computer scientists and engineers, medical consultants and clinical researchers, and a few other fantastic backgrounds.
You are a Master student in Law, with interest in international law, research collaboration, intellectual property rights, GDPR and software licensing.
You are independent and collaborative with a can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills. You thrive in a fast-paced and adaptive environment and eager to experience working in a startup.
You have excellent communication skills, fluent in English but proficiency in French or German would be great.
You will be working on tasks like:
Legal strategy including establishing a framework for legal management in liaison with external legal counsel.
Contract management, including establishing and maintaining agreement and contract templates to support our needs including compliance related agreements when working within GDPR and health records.
Establish and maintain a contract management system & procedure.
Support the team in preparation of negotiations and in legal communication.
Various related ad-hoc tasks in business development.
Master student in Law
Fluent English written and oral communication
Part-time work approx. 10-15 hours per week
Experience/training in international law, GDPR, research collaboration, intellectual property rights and software licensing
French and/or Germany language skills
