Barma søger en kvalificeret praktikant til vores salgsteam, som huserer i Brabrand, Aarhus. Praktikperioden tilpasses efter dit og Barmas behov, og så det passer med dit skoleforløb. 

Som praktikant i Barmas salgsteam vil du være med til at udvikle salgsstrategier, generere og følge op på leads, booke demo-møder med potentielle kunder og lave tilbud efter kundernes behov. Efter en praktikperiode hos Barma vil du være i stand til at håndtere både kold og varm kanvas og følge en kunde helt i mål fra den spæde startinteresse. Du vil undervejs blive oplært og vejledt af en salgsleder, der har været ansvarlig for mere end 100 salgsmedarbejdere i løbet af hans mange års erfaring med salg.

Du bør forberede dig på at arbejde i en voksende virksomhed med et travlt og motiverende arbejdsmiljø, hvor du vil afslutte din praktikperiode med en bred erfaring inden for salg og mødebooking.


Hvad kan du forvente af din praktikperiode?

I løbet af din praktik vil dine primære opgaver omhandle salg og mødebooking. Nedenfor er en liste af arbejdsområder, som du potentielt vil kunne arbejde med i din praktikperiode. I en forventningsafstemmende samtale med Barma vil dine konkrete arbejdsområder og -opgaver blive aftalt, så både dine og Barmas behov indfries.

  • Generer og følg op på leads.

  • Foretag opkald til potentielle kunder gennem Ringover.

  • Book møder og gennemfør produkt-demoer.

  • Email-korrespondancer med eksisterende og potentielle kunder.

  • Social-selling gennem Sales Navigator - LinkedIn.

  • Udfør kundeservice for nye kunder.

  • Deltag i kunde- og leverandørmøder.

  • Håndter salg og kunder i CRM-systemet Pipedrive.

Barma er en lille men voksende, innovativ virksomhed. Vores forretningsmodel er at skabe et revolutionært, digitalt læringskoncept leveret på en digital læringsplatform.

Virksomheden arbejder for at udvikle og distribuere e-læringsmateriale til restaurationsbranchen. Vi hjælper branchen med at uddanne personale gennem e-læring af branchespecifikke kurser. Vi samarbejder blandt andet med Smukfest, Fjord Line og HORESTA, hvor vi tilbyder e-læring, der har til formål at øge deres medarbejderes kompetenceniveau. Platformen har indtil videre 16.000 unikke brugere, og potentialet er langt højere end det.


Vi i Barma sørger for struktureret onboarding til dig, så du kan komme i gang med dine arbejdsopgaver så nemt og hurtigt som muligt. Vi har haft en del praktikanter de seneste år, hvilket har hjulpet os til at udvikle en god og struktureret onboarding.

Barma is looking for a qualified intern to join our sales team, which is located in Aarhus. The internship period is adapted to the company and your needs and will be started on an ongoing basis. As an intern in Barma’s sales team, you will develop sales strategies, generate and execute on leads, book demo meetings with potential customers and make offers after the customers’ needs.

You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of sales.


What to Expect from Your Internship?

In your internship, your work assignments will primarily relate to sales and marketing. The list below contains some of the work areas you will potentially work on in your internship. The detailed specification of work tasks is designed in a dialogue between you and Barma so that both your and our interests are met. 

  • Create and execute lead generation.

  • Participate in external calls and sales calls through Ringover.

  • Making including product demos.

  • Email correspondence with current and potential customers.

  • Social selling through Sales Navigator - LinkedIn.

  • Provide customer service.

  • Attend customer and supplier meetings.

  • Handling sales and customers through the CRM system Pipedrive.

We are looking for an intern who possesses most of the following qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative.

  • A proactive and can-do attitude.

  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

  • You love working performance-based and strive to achieve your goals.

  • Being eloquent.

  • Socially minded.

  • Must have a passion for sales and lead generation.
