Barma søger en kvalificeret praktikant til vores CSM-team, som huserer i Brabrand, Aarhus. Praktikperioden tilpasses efter dit og Barmas behov, og så det passer med dit skoleforløb. 

Som praktikant i Barmas CSM-team vil du være med til at forstærke kundeforhold både for nye og eksisterende kunder. I løbet af din praktikperiode vil du arbejde tæt med Barmas customer success manager og salgsafdelingen ved overdragelse af nye kunder.

Du vil have indflydelse på strategien for løbende kompetenceudvikling og fastholdelse af nuværende kunder samt have ansvar for at onboarde nye kunder på vores læringsplatform.

Du vil arbejde mod et mål om at skabe længerevarende relationer mellem Barma og kunderne, hvor du vil få indsigt i og erfaring med B2B-relationer.

Du bør forberede dig på at arbejde i en voksende virksomhed med et travlt og motiverende arbejdsmiljø, hvor du vil afslutte din praktikperiode med en bred erfaring inden for CSM.


Hvad kan du forvente af din praktikperiode? I løbet af din praktik vil dine primære opgaver omhandle CSM. Nedenfor er en liste af arbejdsområder, som du potentielt vil kunne arbejde med i din praktikperiode. I en forventningsafstemmende samtale med Barma vil dine konkrete arbejdsområder og -opgaver blive aftalt, så både dine og Barmas behov indfries.

  • Opbyg og vedligehold profitable kundeforhold.

  • Planlæg CSM-strategier med virksomhedens øvrige medarbejdere.

  • Onboard nye kunder til læringsplatformen.

  • Udvid kundebasen ved opsalg og krydssalg.

  • Forstå kunders individuelle behov og indfri disse.

  • Hjælp eksisterende kunde med udfordringer på læringsplatformen.

  • Lav kundemålinger vha. CSM-værktøjer.

  • Foretag kundeevalueringer.

Barma er en lille men voksende, innovativ virksomhed. Vores forretningsmodel er at skabe et revolutionært, digitalt læringskoncept leveret på en digital læringsplatform.

Virksomheden arbejder for at udvikle og distribuere e-læringsmateriale til restaurationsbranchen. Vi hjælper branchen med at uddanne personale gennem e-læring af branchespecifikke kurser. Barma is looking for a qualified intern to join our CSM team, which is located at the company's headquarter in Aarhus. The internship period is adapted to the company and your needs and will be started on an ongoing basis. As an intern, you will be part of the CSM team, where you need to help build and maintain a profitable relationship with key customers. You will be in close collaboration with our customer success manager, be involved in the collaboration between customers and the company's sales department. Here you are involved in developing strategies for retaining current customers and raising their user experience as a customer. You will also be involved in the onboarding of new customers. You will help to fulfill the overall goal of creating lasting relationships between customers and the company. Through the internship, you will increase your competencies in being service-oriented in relation to the company's customers, as well as gain greater insight into decision-making processes in a collaboration between B2B. 

You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of CSM.


What to Expect from Your Internship?

In your internship, your work assignments will primarily relate to CSM. The list below contains some of the work areas you will potentially work on in your internship. The detailed specification of work tasks is designed in a dialogue between you and Barma so that both your and our interests are met. 

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

  • Help new customers get onboarded for the learning platform.

  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

  • Help current customers with their challenges with the learning platform.

  • Conducting business reviews using CSM tools.

  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
