LifeX is a rapidly-growing startup focused on making the relocation process to a new country smooth, while providing access to an active international community of professionals. 

We are expanding at a lighting pace and so is our team! That is why we are currently looking for a new member for our Operations team in Copenhagen reporting directly to our Operations Manager. 

The internship is sixth months long, paid and full time. A lot of responsibility will be given to both optimise operation processes and get stuck in to fixing problems by hand.

This is a unique position to get insight into what it takes to scale a fast growing international start-up and work with people who are passionate about making a difference, challenge the status quo, have the drive to learn new skills and desire to be a leader.

What you’ll do:

• Take a lead in ensuring all our properties are fully maintained and up to the highest possible standards

• Follow up on ongoing operations issues, find the smartest solutions to our members problems, and put these solutions into processes

• Fix broken items or appliances in our apartments and find solutions to issues that you have not encountered before

• Communicate with members both online and in person

• Support our survey of LifeX apartments in Copenhagen

• Manage (with support) the set-up of new apartments

You are someone who likes to:

• Fix things

• Work in a close-knit team, but being comfortable on taking on tasks on your own

• Biking around all day

• Get your hands dirty and step in where it is most needed

• Take initiative to spot problems and identify solutions

• Challenge the established ways of working

• Learn new skills and optimize processes

• Pay obsessive attention to detail

• Take pride in making others feel welcomed, safe and secure

You are:

• Fluent in English; both written and verbal, Danish is a plus.

• Familiar with Copenhagen and can find you way around easily

• Confident using different tools

• Previous hospitality experience or education is a plus
