Nordic Community is a not-for-profit and for impact organization that focuses on finding and implementing community-based solutions for cultural, social and environmental challenges in Copenhagen and Denmark. Organization is composed of independent entrepreneurs, environmental and social activists, managers and event organizers. 

We are looking for a volunteer as a Location Manager in Amager for our project MADBOKS. MADBOKS is a self sustainable, lean, volunteer driven project that builds local community, provides weekly nutrition and education/training in socially disadvantaged areas of Greater Copenhagen

RESPONSABILITIES

• Communication liaison for the  location.

• Oversees all access keys, training manuals and other important docs.

• Oversees implementation of systems and routines.  

• Oversees that there are enough volunteers for every shift.

• Acts as team leader if no one else can.

• Team leader workshops

• Oversees box reservations for each distribution & communication with attendees.

• Ad-hoc tasks that insure realization of event.

• Be present at a 50% of food our distributions

• 3-6months
