We are looking for a Customer Success Student Assistant who can provide outstanding customer experiences, loves interacting with humans, and is a great problem solver. Customer experience is one of the fundamental assets for Nordgreen, therefore, you must love the role!
You will be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience, and Customer Success Manager - DACH region.
Job Description:
Handling overflow contacts primarily from the UK, US, DE.
Handling customers' inquiries received via different platforms, e.g., Zendesk, Facebook, WhatsApp;
Assisting with up-selling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool (LiveChat);
Handling, gathering, and properly collecting product and process feedback;
Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;
Provide regular reporting of customer success activities to Head of Customer Experience;
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve overall customer experience;
Skills Required:
Confident and well-spoken German and English
Willingness to work during the weekends and/or rush hours if scheduled in advance
Strong listening, communication, and writing skills
Creative mindset, result-oriented and driven
Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics
