We are in search of top talent within the digital marketing field, to design, build, and implement HUBB's digital marketing strategy.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Spearhead HUBB's digital marketing strategy
Design, build and implement a monthly & quarterly digital marketing plan
Set the most relevant metrics & KPI's for HUBB's marketing & sales team to follow
Continually tracking metricks & KPI's and relaying these to the team
Analyzing quantitative sales data
Re-iterating HUBB's marketing strategy alongside management based on marketing results
As one of the first 10 hires, your role will be extremely crucial and we therefore demand that you are
keen on committing for the long run in a fast-paced, ambitious startup.
You must have:
A minimum of 4 years prior experience in the digital marketing field, preferably in the food & beverage / marketplace industry
Expertise within both paid & organic marketing
A strong understanding of commercial & branding initiatives
A pro-active mindset & leadership qualities
