What we do: 

We provide a SaaS platform that aims to help our clients improve their recruitment flows by collecting and analyzing data from candidates in their hiring process

Inside the Talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about how job seekers experience their recruitment process.

What you will be doing: 

As a part of the product team, your main focus will be improving our core SaaS platform as well as developing completely new Candidate Experience products. You will work in close collaboration with Design and Project Management and will often be asked to give your input on new features and changes before they make it to the development backlog. We are a small team in a period of expansion/growth so you can expect to have a large influence on the way that we all work going forward. Once you are fully ramped up you will be expected to you'll also be expected to be able to independently drive projects & initiatives with other teams 💪

This could involve projects such as:

- Prototyping and testing a new type of Candidate Experience product

- Integrating Talenthub with external systems and platforms

- Outlining and implementing process improvements for how we work inside or outside the product team

Our core product uses a tech stack mainly composed of:

- Laravel

- Vue js


You will likely have to learn those frameworks and languages if you don't know them already. We also use a number of different testing frameworks and auxiliary tools like Jenkins, Selenium, Docker, and various AWS services. When it comes to new projects or tools we're quite open to testing out new technologies as needed and are always excited to have a nice chat about what we can do to be better! 🤩

The scaleup environment: 

Being a scaleup, we try to make the most out of each person's individual strengths and abilities. This means that we won't have your entire development plan and long-term list of tasks mapped out from the very beginning. Instead, we try to hire smart people with various skill-sets and adapt their work to where they can do the most good.

We expect this to be a full-time position (37 hours/week) where you can join the office in Copenhagen (Nordhavn) or work remote - whatever fit you the best 🙋
