How will you spend your time at Penneo?
As our future Senior Account Manager, you’ll be working with primarily new clients within the auditing and accounting vertical in Finland. Your focus will be on engaging medium and large sized companies and teaching them the value of Penneo in their line of business.
More specifically this translates into the tasks listed below:
Build market knowledge of Penneo as a trusted provider for the Finnish accounting industry.
Hold meetings with new clients in Finland with the objective of selling Penneo’s solution and helping our clients increase their adoption rates.
Manage the existing clients of your own portfolio as you grow the market cap of Penneo in Finland.
Ensure client satisfaction in the Finnish accounting industry.
Use your knowledge of the industry to book a portion of your own sales meetings.
How will this role progress?
During the 1st month:
You’re onboarded into the Audit & accounting industry and to Penneo as a company.
You participate in client meetings facilitated by team members.
You begin to book your own meetings with new customers.
Within 3 months:
You initiate and hold own client meetings with support from team members.
You develop a solid understanding of the business value of Penneo’s solution in relation to auditors and accountants
You develop a deeper knowledge of the Audit & accounting industry.
You make your very first own sale.
Within 6 months:
You can facilitate the entire sales process with new and existing customers.
You successfully hit 100% of your targets and have turned into a truly impactful member of the Penneo team.
Within 1 year:
You continue to grow as a sales professional and we’ll open a continued dialogue of how we can help you develop your sales career towards more responsibility.

Who will be in your team?
You’ll be part of our Audit & Accounting Specialist team headed by Esben Hjorth Jensen. We operate as an independent sales team with a laser focus on auditors and accountants in existing markets, which for now includes Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. We split our focus between nurturing existing clients and growing the business. Success in our team is not dependent on a background in the auditing world, however we do perceive ourselves as experts in this vertical and strive to provide our clients with professional sparring and insights.
