Marketing intern

Speedfriending is a Scandinavian startup aiming to create social arenas where strangers meet, talk and friend zone each other. We want to simplify connecting to the social grid, wherever you are. We have recently launched our Speedfriending app, while organizing events all over Norway, Denmark and Australia.

We are looking for someone who loves challenges, has a can-do-attitude, and who recognize the great impact this can have in eliminating loneliness and friendzoning the world. You will become a very important part of our team and future!

We are looking for someone who can help us with marketing and business development. Your role in the team could be up to you to influence and shape. We are looking for someone who are creative, ambitious, not afraid to take calls and meet people. Someone who can see the broader picture, while also having a focus on the details.

If you have a background from design, marketing and relevant positions - that is great - but for us the most important is the potential, and the capacity to deliver. We are now starting something we have never done before, so the few first people coming along with us on this journey will be so important for us. 

In this role you will:

• Plan and execute the marketing of the app launch 

• Market research and strategy

• Dialogue with influencers

• Building the Speedfriending-brand

• Managing social media

• Managing the websites

• Overall admin work

• Automating marketing efforts using CRM

We are looking for:

• Someone who is outgoing and loves to meet new people

• You are creative and a fast learner

• Ambitious and goal-oriented

• Strong capacity and work ethic

• Someone who understands what building culture means - a team player

• Majoring in marketing or sociology is a plus

• Someone who lives in Scandinavia, but we might consider others of they are the perfect fit
