Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will have the responsibility of our Talent Acquisition process both with the People team and with your heart. We are in search of a talent advisor who wants to shape Brella’s hiring culture and our sourcing techniques. This is a pretty exciting role as we are building our culture and people processes from the ground up. Also, our candidates are THE most important thing for us and the goal is to offer them the best possible candidate experience. 💞

You’ll be part of Brella’s People team, based in Helsinki HQ. Our Head of Talent & Culture Hanna and People Coordinator Milla will be your future team members so you’ll get to work closely with these ambitious People Operations professionals.

• You’ll experiment with creative ways to proactively find talent to ensure we always work with the best and most diverse candidates in the market.

• You’ll deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a true “Brella” way. In other words, you’ll make people smile and engage with our company and mission.

• You’ll manage and develop our TA processes and systems, ensuring that we always follow the highest standards.

• We hope you are passionate about employer branding too! You’ll get to design and execute a creative employer brand strategy together with our People team. You’ll be a true ambassador for Brella. 

• You’ll build out the processes and initiatives using metrics and data.

• You’ll design how our hiring processes scale with the growth and how we can take more advantage of our TA processes. The keywords are automation, scalability, and superb candidate experience.

What kind of TA Specialist are you? 🦄

• You live and breathe recruitment – with your natural curiosity you never stand still and like to find the perfect match for every role.

• Preferably 2+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced technology-driven company.

• You feel at home at the tech scene and you speak fluent tech jargon.

• You have a high degree of attention to detail, exceptional execution ability, and a constant desire to seek out opportunities. This role requires a genuine passion and interest for the tech talent landscape.

• You have the ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods. Sometimes you just need to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. 💪

• You'll enjoy a high level of ownership of the processes you work on and you place a lot of value in the clarity, scalability, and overall quality of your work.

• You easily keep up with the changes in the field and want to share knowledge with your team. A growth mindset is one of our values!

• Because you’re a true advisor to the hiring managers, you’re outspoken, think critically, and like to challenge the status quo when needed. 

• Previous experience in hiring outside Finland is a HUGE plus.

• You eat problems for breakfast and you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Our ideal candidate is a brave and curious self-starter with a service-minded and positive “can-do” attitude. 

• You have excellent English skills, it's our internal working language.
