Core responsibilities

We want to ensure customers understand the full potential of our platform, and we want to communicate our potential to craftsmen and wholesalers not already using us. It will be your responsibility to launch and maintain a sustainable framework around this task, including:

• CRM activities for user retention and acquisition

• Market research, customer surveys, etc.

• Sales material, conference/trade fair participation and CRM maintenance

• Content creation – text, graphics and short videos

• Other ad hoc exciting projects

We are a small, but experienced team located in Copenhagen’s best and most privileged office space BLOXHUB.

Your role can potentially be converted into a permanent position. You will be able to affect your daily tasks, soundboard with the management team and owners, and learn directly from the players in the market. We expect you to work 8-20 hours per week.

Do you have what it takes?

A relevant university degree – and/or equivalent working experience. You preferably study a degree at CBS, DTU, IT, or KU – but if you just know you are the perfect fit do not hesitate to contact us! What we are looking for is:

• A strong inner will and drive to join a start-up, not a big corporate – to gain the maximum learning experience, not the maximum comforting experience

• Strong business acumen; cost-benefit optimization, effective communication, applying pragmatic prioritisation

• A willingness to learn new technologies (e.g. email marketing tool) and also deep dive into how they are set up and optimized e.g., automated communications/CRM platforms

• Fluency in Danish (written & oral) and an pretty okay level of English is a requirement 

• Above average skills in navigating in basic ‘office software’ such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
