We want to make it easier, more fun and more effective to take climate action as an individual.

Climaider helps individuals and businesses:

1. Understand how much CO2 they currently emit

2. Offset their current emissions through world-class climate projects

3. Then work to reduce their own carbon footprint

We just (one week ago) released our app, which helps individuals live more climate friendly through challenges that actually make a difference for the climate.

The Climaider app aims to help users much like an app like Duolingo, and we aim to be engaging in the same fashion. Though not exactly a "serious game", the intersection between game and reality is similar.

The role:

We need help transforming a NoSQL database into actionable predictions and integrating analytics data from our growing user base into actionable changes. You will be in charge of delivering weekly suggestions relating to future and ongoing experiments with our growth team. We are working with a Firebase database with Python's modern tool set for data science.

We have some great ideas about what could be hidden in our data, but as soon as your become the export in our data, you will be the best person to tell us what our next move should be!

You are:

We are looking for a second year student with skills and experience in working with data. A basic understanding of statistics is required along with programming skills, preferably in Python. 

You must either be enrolled in a relevant education and seeking an internship, or graduated and willing to prove your skills.
