What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an extraordinary Performance Marketer to help us drive new user growth through Paid Media Channels. As a member of the Acquisition Team, you’ll be responsible for building and managing campaigns across a variety of digital channels, working with cross functional teams to support Sweet Tech’s present and future core payments business, The Handy, Handyfeeling, and future products and services. 

In this role, you will:

• Manage acquisition campaigns on offline and online channels including Search, Display, Mobile, TV, and Direct Mail 

• Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance, and assist development in creating an inhouse analytics dashboard 

• Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance. 

• Support Social Media Manager with advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption 

• Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations 

• Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. 

• Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s. 

• Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.

In addition, we need you to:

• Be fluent in English, our working language.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.*

• Live in (or be willing to relocate to) Oslo, Norway.

• Be passionate about marketing, and stay up to date on the newest platforms and industry trends 

• Have a strong analytic ability 

• Have a strong grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing 

• Have at least 5+ years of related digital advertising experience

* Non-EU/EEA citizens must have completed a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for a work permit in Norway.
