What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an excellent Affiliate Manager with strong technical and people skills to join our marketing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable person with outstanding analytical skills to work with our marketing team to grow our current affiliate program, and conduct analysis of new and mature accounts. If you are interested in growing your career in the online advertising industry and working with cutting-edge technology, then this is the perfect role for you. 

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain the companies affiliate network globally

• Construct strong growth plans to drive profitable growth and manage strong working relationships with the companies existing affiliate network.

• Deliver media plans on a monthly and quarterly cycle with affiliate budgets to achieve ambitious growth targets and provide insight

• Create, deploy and optimize campaigns using the affiliate marketing channels and websites

• Audit affiliate websites and performance weekly providing insight where required

• Build excellent relationships with internal teams e.g. creative and sales to deliver strategy

In addition, we need you to:

• Be fluent in English, our working language.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.*

• Live in (or be willing to relocate to) Oslo, Norway.

• Have 5+ years of affiliate management experience

• Be target driven

• Be analytical and can evaluate performance of affiliate activities and make decision and provide insight for the Marketing team

• Have experience with media planning, forecasting and budgeting

• Have a natural eye for detail and accuracy

• Be a strategic thinker thinking of the bigger picture and delivering the overall affiliate function

• Be a strong communicator and effortlessly build and maintain working relationships internally and externally

• Be self-driven and ambitious with genuine desire for success

* Non-EU/EEA citizens must have completed a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for a work permit in Norway.
