Opportunity Summary
The Performance Marketing Specialist (PMS) is an essential role in our fast paced Growth team. The PMS will be responsible for owning our paid advertising channel strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have deep cross-channel expertise, enjoy diving into data to analyze performance and gather insights, and work cross-functionally to drive user acquisition and ROI to meet our business goals. The successful candidate for this role will report to our Head of Growth and work closely with our Creative Marketing teams within the Marketing organization to drive efficient and accurate ads/assets/copy for the successful campaign execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing, display, video, affiliates) to drive marketing performance in line with budget
Manage vendors/agency to launch and optimize campaigns, allocate resources based on performance, and achieve goals; including CAC, ROI & ROAS targets
Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
Collaborate with Creative Marketing team to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve lead quality, and drive customer acquisition, conversion, and awareness
Support channel forecasting and budgeting to meet growth and ROI targets
Utilize analytics suites to continuously monitor and provide optimization feedback for Landing pages, site functionality and funnel performance.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing,
Experience as a minimum working with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and YouTube ad campaigns
Detailed knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
Proven ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. website, social media, SEM)
Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
Knowledge of landing page and marketing best practices is required.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs
Passionate about processes, automation and information systems

Working understanding of best practices, including regulatory and industry standards, GDPR, COPPA, audience and retargeting management, knowledge of dynamic content and campaign automation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Datastudio, Google Optimize
Experience with Kibana and/or Elasticsearch is a plus
Certificates in the various ad platforms is a plus
