We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who is able to provide outstanding customer experiences, loves interacting with humans and is a great problem solver. Customer experience is one of the fundamental assets for Nordgreen, therefore, you must love the role!

You will be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and Trading Manager of US & Global.

Job Description:

• Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world;

• Handling customers' inquiries received via different platforms e.g. Zendesk, Facebook, WhatsApp;

• Assisting with up-selling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool (LiveChat);

• Handling, gathering and properly collecting product and process feedback;

• Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;

• Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses

• Developing and implementing initiatives to improve overall customer experience

• Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to Head of Customer Experience

Skills Required:

• Confident and well-spoken in English (German, Korean, Japanese is a big bonus)

• Strong listening, communication and writing skills

• Creative mindset, result oriented & driven

• Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics
