We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us grow our global customer base.

VoiceBoxer is a company revolutionizing the language services by making web communications multilingual thanks to live simultaneous interpretation. We have experienced unprecedented growth recently as more and more customers are migrating to our service to host their meetings, conferences, and webinars online, and we are now looking for an ambitious associate to join the team. You will be working closely with the Commercialization Manager to boost the VoiceBoxer profile and commercial success.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a person who can identify new leads, determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right VoiceBoxer solutions.

Our ideal candidate:

• 2 years of experience with Sales or Business Development

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Passionate for solution awareness - you genuinely care about customer attraction

• Based in Copenhagen, Denmark

Other criteria we value:

• Start-up mentality - comfortable with being ready to learn every day and take on various tasks

• Our global customer base is always growing, and language skills are greatly valued. Fluency in French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin or other languages is a strong plus

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant fields would be an advantage

• Knowledge about software, specifically online conferencing and webinar solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify B2B and B2G leads across different international channels and segments

• Run lead generation campaigns

• Perform direct sales and outreach activities

• Keep track of prospect data in our CRM system

• Host product demonstrations via the VoiceBoxer platform 

• Promote our social media content, potentially including the creation of articles 

• Analyze international customer insights, trends within online events and multilingual engagement, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
