Embedded Software Engineer

Salary Competitive

BifrostConnect is looking for an Embedded Engineer to take ownership and help further develop our new, unique and patented, hardware based remote access solution, that connects to all types of IT equipment such as computers, mobile devices, IoT-, Process industry- and networking equipment etc. We recently soft-launched our patented solution to parts of the Enterprise market and the initial market feedback is overwhelmingly positive. As we embark on a journey to transform the way IT support organizations work, we have very ambitious growth plans. Our main objectives are to bring down unnecessary travel and drive-up efficiency, to the benefit of both the environment and running a business.

With the support from our strong ownership group, we continue to grow internationally.

Are you interested in the interplay between electronics and software? Do you want to work with other skilled hardware / software aficionados and together create groundbreaking solutions? Then BifrostConnect is the right place for you. The tempo is high, the tone is down to earth, and we have lots of fun.

Your role in BifrostConnect

You will be mainly responsibility for the design and development of software on our embedded device, BifrostConnect. Furthermore, you will get to work closely with skilled colleagues in web development and cloud. Today, hardware and firmware are mainly developed by an external supplier, but we want to strengthen our internal development team going forward.

Your competencies

We expect you to have a high degree of independence, have a good overview and good at keeping progress in your tasks and meeting deadlines. At the same time, you must be detail oriented so that you can ensure quality and stability in the solutions.

We would like you to have a great deal of experience in the field and possibly (but not required) a relevant education such as software engineer.
