LIITA Care ApS offers a unique opportunity for qualified individuals who are genuinely interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join the LIITA team as a legal assistant. LIITA is looking for a legal assistant that can support the management in executing the strategy of being a global contributor of innovative OTC products targeting patients with respiratory challenges.

LIITA Care ApS is a MedTech company focused on Respiratory Health. We are committed to improving the quality of life for patients and healthy consumers by developing and manufacturing new and better therapies and medical devices for respiratory health management. Our product BREATHOX® is currently marketed in Northern Europe and we intend to expand our commercial activities throughout 2021.

The position

Your responsibility will be to support the LIITA management team by:

• Assisting LIITA´s management in entering into strategic agreements, M&A, partnership, license, distributorship, etc;

• Preparing technical and quality documentation according to regulation and standards in close collaboration with the assigned law firm;

• Assisting IP team with the continuous development of IP portfolio;

• Maintain and organize internal charts and files;

The required tasks will take place in the LIITA office in inner-city Copenhagen.

Qualifications

We expect you are studying law or a business education with a significant legal element. It is important that you have the ability to work independently, have a solid commercial understanding and experience in working with the Microsoft office suite. But the most important is that you would like to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Details

Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, open-ended, with a flexible schedule. Possibility of full-time position after concluded studies.
