Frisk fra Gården is an online farmers market established in 2020 in Copenhagen. We make outstanding products, produced responsibly by small farmers, available to food lovers in the city through the platform www.friskfragaarden.dk. 

We are proud to have already a high loyalty and customer satisfaction in our still growing client base and a network of fully exceptional suppliers. Still, as a young start-up, we’re also improving our market-fit while we prepare to scale. 

We are looking for a partner with special skills in operations and business development to become part of the team! 

As our COO and expert in operations, you will take the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the business. This includes business development strategies, supply chain, daily operations and processes, while we pave the way for sustainable growth together.

We are looking for someone with a: 

• Yes-we-can attitude - and expect you to get stuff done too!

• Passion and motivation for making an impact,

• High drive and an entrepreneurial mindset,

• Positive and communicative personality,

• Capacity to create and enforce structure when needed.

You will most likely have experience with start-ups and/or scale-up companies with a proven record in operations management. Business development experience is a huge plus!

We have a number of exciting projects ahead of us and we are looking for the right person to help us both think and execute! The company has been financed by bootstrapping, but is already profitable. Still, equity must be expected to be the primary remuneration in the short term. 

You will be working from our cosy office in Østerbro, in a very informal environment.
