About the job

In order to grow our team and platform in a healthy way, we need your help.

As a Senior Developer you will help set the direction of the application and system architecture. You will help shape and spread a great engineering culture, where creativity, freedom to act and learning play a vital part.

The nature of our product requires a very secure and solid platform.

Information security is also a top priority. As a senior figure you will help ensure a constant focus on this.

You will engage with customers from time to time, to help capture their needs and help them see alternative solutions to their problems.

On the product side, you will work very closely with the CTO and CPO on taking ideas from conception to production.

We want our process to support and enable us. It would be ideal if you feel the same way and want to help improve it continuously. 

About you

You are probably into development because it is in your DNA. You were born to solve problems and build solutions.

You probably also have a lot of opinions about architecture, CI/CD, DevOps and development processes in general.

Krizo.io is all about the team- we succeed together and we fail together. Mistakes happen but we pick each other up and carry on rather than cast blame.

You love mentoring your colleagues, and they naturally look to you for advice. You feel comfortable working on large systems, and approach challenges with a smile on your face. Let's do this!
