At Famly, we’re looking for a Customer Content Manager for our Marketing and Growth team. You’ll help us restructure and maintain the self-service parts of our customer facing communication to make sure our customers can find the solutions they need, right when they need them.

What you'll be doing

  • Together with the team, you’ll discover the best ways to navigate our Help Centre in order to restructure and rewrite content to fit that purpose.

  • Take part in building and managing content automation to help put the right articles in front of our customers when they need them.

  • Write short, concise, and explanatory copy for our Help Centre, owning the purpose, editing, and testing of your work.

  • Copy-edit content written by other teammates.

  • Suggest changes to improve any aspect of the customer facing content and take ownership of these changes.

  • Along with the team lead, identify any gaps in the Help Centre content pool to ensure the most recently updated and relevant articles are at the customer’s fingertips.

  • Work closely with our support, product, sales and customer success teams to make sure we have the right content for the right time and place.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are a native-level English speaker with a close connection to the UK.

  • Have experience in customer facing roles.

  • Have a background in copywriting or content creation.

  • Are comfortable across different formats from super short in-app messages, to long Help Centre articles explaining user problems and solutions.

  • Are able to decipher what the data tells you into actionable to-do’s to improve your work.

  • Are tech savvy and comfortable familiarising yourself with new programmes.

  • Are experienced in juggling multiple projects at once, and are able to prioritise, multitask, and manage your time efficiently.

  • Are empathetic and understanding towards the way people learn and process information, as well as making content that they really want to read.

Who you'll be working with

We're a mixed bunch in the Marketing and Growth team at Famly and you’ll be joining as the first content manager solely focusing on our customer facing content.

Ditte is the captain of the ship, she spends her time keeping all of our projects on track and meticulously removing obstacles and barriers to make sure we can all do what we do best. Matt, Aaron and Bronagh make up the content and copywriting part of the team that makes sure the world knows about Famly. Martina and Marcus work on various and diverse campaign projects while ensuring all team members have access to valuable data. Toni, Zuzanna and Tove form our Production and Design team, where they constantly spit out beautifully made productions while smoothing the corners off for the entire team too.

Famly is built on transparency, less talk - more action, and making sure the person sitting next to you is the one shining, rather than yourself. We care about each other and the work we do, and are a close knit-team of around 50 people, from 17 different countries, all sitting in our central Copenhagen office just off Strøget.
