Our customers include global top tier game, film, VR, and VFX companies as well as many indie developers and producers making unique content.


As a Product Specialist you'll quickly become an expert converting inbound sales leads and contributing significantly to our quarterly revenue goals. As a member of the growth department, within the sales team, you'll be sitting alongside a diverse, ambitious and dynamic group spread between Copenhagen & San Francisco.



Responsibilities:

  • You'll provide a top-notch customer experience to all inbound leads expressing interest in Rokoko, through email, live-chat, and online calls;

  • You'll host multiple product demonstrations a day for inbound leads, showcasing both Rokoko's hardware and software, using the opportunity to qualify and up-sell/cross-sell products when relevant;

  • You'll run the full sales cycle and act as a point of contact for customers until they close, and we'll expect you to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements along the way;

  • You'll work with the sales team to identify opportunities in existing accounts and take a lead on up-selling to expand the lifetime value of these customers;

  • You'll spend a lot of time in HubSpot, where you'll record interactions, analyse pipelines, and implement sales automation best-practices;

  • And as part of the overall growth function, you'll support group initiatives and share your insights to help pursue our overall group objectives. (We're into OKRs, btw!)


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field, such as business, animation, VFX or engineering.

  • Having strong written and spoken English is imperative;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building and nurturing relationships and facilitating decision making at all levels;

  • You're an empathic listener and persuasive communicator;

  • Some experience with SaaS or high-ticket e-Commerce sales is preferable;

  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated, with a hands-on attitude and continuous interest in self-improvement, and finally, a love for teamwork;

  • Relevant experience in sales or in the industry (animation, gaming, entertainment) is a plus.
