Do you want to help disrupt the sports betting industry in Denmark by building a new football gambling concept in Denmark?

We aim to build a fully new concept, where football fans and gamblers can bet on the value of their favorite football players. This will provide a clear alternative to all the betting options currently available in the market. The product is already validated in other countries. We hence see an attractive business opportunity in bringing it to Denmark now.

Our Mission 

Today’s betting market has not changed for football fans the last 10 years. People bet with a short horizon, typically directly on the match outcomes and lose their full stakes in 99% of the cases. Our mission is to change this by creating a stock-market for football players – allowing people to have a more long-term betting experience – and get more fun and excitement out of their deposits.     

Where we are right now

We are still at the very beginning of the journey. We have a clear view on the market potential and the product we want to build. We are far in the process of clarifying the legal and technical conditions with the Danish Gaming Authority. But we are missing you – our Technical Co-founder.

What we look for

Firstly, we look for passion. Does our project sound like something that will be challenging yet cool to build? It will be a long way to the finish line, so passion and ambitions are key. We will need to overcome uncertainties and many obstacles along the way.

Secondly, we look for solid IT-skills. You will help us define the tech stack, so we have no specific prerequisites here. However, you need to be strong especially within backend development as this will require some heavy backend modelling. You do not need to do frontend, as we have other options here. You may have many years of experience or you might just be finalizing your education in computer science or similar. We value the right mindset and drive more than experience…

What we offer

You will be a co-founder in our team - with overall responsibility for all the technical solutions. For the right candidate, we offer a substantial amount of equity.

Our plan is to run the project part-time without salary in the beginning so we may achieve the right milestones and maturity to increase our company valuation. Later, we will get investor funding to allow us to work full-time with salary and scale up the business.

We are a core founding team of 2 both with experience from earlier startups. Our profiles cover the CEO and CMO tasks. We are driven by the vision to build the sports betting solutions of tomorrow to help football fans at large while creating a healthy and scalable business.
