Who are you?

We are looking for a new team member to join our ambitious and values-driven Revenue Development team in Stockholm as an Enterprise Account Executive. We believe that you are a constant improver, able to establish meaningful relationships. You are customer-centric, eager to learn and take more and more responsibility. All of these with a passion for Tech, SaaS and B2B.


We need your help in:

  • Manage the most relevant and large leads through the full sales cycle

  • Beat revenue and activity targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

  • Accurately forecast new sales pipelines along with add-on bookings

  • Bring potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs

  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience is achieved

  • Analyse the various data points available to determine opportunities within the region

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, etc. to drive the business forward

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and sales operations to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals

  • Develop and execute account plans to deliver quarterly revenue goals


We need that you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or extensive sales experience in a similar role

  • Experience selling/interacting with C-Suite level

  • Overachievement in pipeline generation and closing revenue goals (reached or went further)

  • Excellent communications skills in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Excellent organization skills to provide the most efficient service to our clients

  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviors and overcoming objections
