Who are you?
We are looking for a new team member to join our ambitious and values-driven Revenue Development team in Stockholm as an Enterprise Account Executive. We believe that you are a constant improver, able to establish meaningful relationships. You are customer-centric, eager to learn and take more and more responsibility. All of these with a passion for Tech, SaaS and B2B.
We need your help in:
Manage the most relevant and large leads through the full sales cycle
Beat revenue and activity targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Accurately forecast new sales pipelines along with add-on bookings
Bring potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
Ensure an outstanding customer experience is achieved
Analyse the various data points available to determine opportunities within the region
Work cross-functionally with Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, etc. to drive the business forward
Collaborate with the leadership team and sales operations to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals
Develop and execute account plans to deliver quarterly revenue goals
We need that you bring:
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or extensive sales experience in a similar role
Experience selling/interacting with C-Suite level
Overachievement in pipeline generation and closing revenue goals (reached or went further)
Excellent communications skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Excellent organization skills to provide the most efficient service to our clients
Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviors and overcoming objections
