How we see you be part of our team

As our new tech lead you’ll be defining the architecture and leading the technical side of the booking-integration we are about to build. You’ll help select the team that will be part of this new endeavour. You’ll own the technical side and will be in close dialogue with the product manager and CTO on how to make sure we build the best possible solution as part of our platform.

We see you constantly enhance the architecture, development and operation of the booking solution. We want you to help shape the projects related to our booking flows to ensure a great cross-platform user experience.

As a lead, we see you inspire and guide developers to increase the level of technical quality we expect of our teams. It’s as a team of great minds, we win. The team you’ll be part of, will hold full product and technical ownership. Ranging from UI/frontend to backend and all in between. Hence the task will require you to hold a broad skill set in order to keep the technical overview.

What you will be responsible for

• The technical deliveries of the team

• Ensure the right technical choices and plans are defined for us to reach our strategic goals with the product

• Making sure the team is self-organising, enabling other developers to deliver any task themselves

• Architecture and part-take in planning of key activities as part of our shaping processes

• Work directly with our CTO ensuring alignment and planning across our platform

• And of course, you’ll be coding ;)

• At least 5+ years of experience with software development, across different fields and technical stacks

• Experience with leading a team or natural leadership skills

• Experience working with third-party system integrations

• A curious and ambitious mindset that is constantly hungry for new knowledge

• A pragmatic, product savvy approach and is genuinely interested in producing a great user-experience

• Experience with .NET Core microservices, run on Docker and AWS Lambda

• Knowledge of .NET Framework Web solutions

• Worked with an Event Based architecture and Pub/Sub systems

• A general understanding of frontend (possibly including Angular and AngularJS) and PHP micro-frontends

Our office

We are located in an office in Højbjerg (Aarhus S). It’s not too far from public transportation. Neither is parking an issue. You’ll have access to our lunch buffet and of course there is coffee and snacks available, too.

Beside work we offer regular social events such as a Friday bar, going on experiences — or someone decides to invite everyone out to an event etc.

The job

We are looking for an experienced tech-lead for this full-time position. We expect you to be able to work from our office in Højbjerg, Aarhus. The salary will consider average wage levels in similar positions along with individual qualifications.
