We are a venture-backed startup, at the beginning of our own growth journey. Our team all have substantial experience gained from building successful companies.

So what’s the job?

You’ll be a part of our product organisation, and you’ll not only write code but also define features, conduct discovery to figure out what features can solve our customers’ core challenges, and then build our product in close cooperation with other experts on our team.

We focus on creating cross-functional teams, not an engine room filled with developers.

We are building our platform with technologies that emphasise developer happiness, speed, and quality and we’re serving 125+ million requests per month.

Requirements

The biggest thing we ask of you is that you be ready to grow with us while you deliver value to our customers - and that you are passionate about our mission.

This is not a junior role, so you also need to have some years of experience as a backend developer.

Ideally, you will have experience with Ruby on Rails, but it’s not a hard requirement. Bonus points for experience with automated testing and database management, so please mention anything relevant in your application. Attention to detail is noticed and valued.

Your educational background isn’t important - we care about drive, creativity, and personality. We have set out on a long journey, and we are all going to learn a lot while we grow.

Our primary working language is English, and some of our team members aren’t Danish, so it's important that you speak and write English fluently.
