We are working in a mature industry, which is under rapid transformation, as it is being pushed from every side to adopt new technologies. As a result, our customers often have a tech-stack composed of both legacy and bleeding edge technologies. We are seeking a Solution Architect that can help us and our customers navigate this changing tech landscape, and take charge of our onboarding processes, streamline it and thereby secure the fundament for further growth.
You will support our sales team in finding the right technical solution for potential customers. Your technical experience from retail/brand industries, your knowledge of POS-systems, Inventories, ERP, PIM, OMS, ect. sets you apart from most people, and lets you find the right setup for a potential customer. This makes you an advisor to the sales team as well as to the customer.
Once we sign a customer contract, the onboarding begins. You already know exactly what must be done, as you have designed the solution. It is your responsibility that it is done on time, and to the customer’s expectations. This is the most important part of the position, and you will get the resources needed - both internal and external.
The two processes above are your responsibility and you are expected to take ownership and further develop them to match our needs.
You will get first hand feedback from every customer, and you have the technical skills to understand the issue and the scope of a request. Therefore your input to the product roadmap is crucial.
You have at least 3 years IT-experience in the Retail Industry and therefore you know your way around POS-systems, Inventories, ERP, PIM, OMS ect. Brand or Retail side does not matter.
You have project management experience, and preferably with a certificate to prove. SCRUM, Prince2, ect
You are expected to have technical knowledge and experience. Our Tradehub exposes a JSON REST API, so experience within this area would be a big plus.
You are a proactive self-starter and take pride in delivering on spec on time. You pick up the phone, rather than waiting for an email reply.
You thrive and are driven by constant contact and alignment with stakeholders and enjoy getting people aligned and working for your agenda.
You are fluent in English and Danish.
