We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Accountant to strengthen our Finance department based in Copenhagen. You will be part of an international and vibrant company that has been growing and maturing consistently in the past few years. You will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for accounts receivable and ensuring accuracy in accounting operations, being involved in process optimization and financial reporting. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for accounts receivable including process optimisation 

• Reconciliation of accounts receivable including matching and handling of outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

• Reconciliation of e-conomic and sales system platform in close collaboration with the sales team

• General accounting and reconciliation of general ledger

• Improve procedures for monthly and year-end closure.

• Participate in reporting tasks.

Your profile:

• You have at least 2-4 years of experience from a similar position or from an audit or accounting firm.

• Solid experience with accounts receivable, e.g., booking, reconciliation and processes.

• Experience with general ledger functions and month/year-end closure.

• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of MS Excel.

• You are structured and have a data-driven approach to your daily tasks.

• You are independent with a strong drive and great confidence.

• You can communicate in both Danish and English. French and/or German will be considered as an advantage.
