Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing a scalable and convenient solution for planning, implementing, and servicing subscription furniture for employees’ home offices.

What will you be doing?
You will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with the management team to develop and implement the Danish sales strategy. You'll have day-to-day management of your own sales portfolio, from cold calling to customer success.
You will be part of building an ambitious, motivating, and fun sales environment. Besides taking responsibility for improving the sales approach, you enjoy working hands-on with outbound sales yourself.
Specifically, you will:
Scale the outbound cold calling activities in Denmark.
Take the operational role yourself, establish first contact with potential clients/partners through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.).
Professionalize and develop the outbound sales processes by developing new concepts, forecasting, action plans, methods, manuscripts, value propositions, etc., that reflect the customers' needs.
Develop management reporting on activities and KPIs.
Native Danish language skills - this is a non-negotiable.
Located in or around Copenhagen - this is a non-negotiable.
Proficient in English.
5+ years of hands-on experience with outbound sales.
Experience in contacting leads via multiple channels.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Vast startup/scaleup experience
Vast experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is preferable.
Experience with building sales teams.
